My question is, suppose a sitting US president commits murder, then that person has you an immunity or not. So first let me dive into a sitting president of the What is met by presidential immunity? A sitting president of the United States is granted immunity for official acts taken as president. It is under legal dispute whether they also enjoy immunity from criminal liability or prosecute. Neither civil nor criminal immunity is explicitly granted in the Constitution or any federal statue. So I was just reading this. So my question is, suppose it's it's a it's a hypothetical case that suppose a president, you know, commits a heenious crime.

I think in presidential immunity this should be taken care that if the sitting president does, for example, he goes and rapes someone, he hey, he goes and you know, orders some theft or anything, then he should be prosecuted. The first the Constitution states that while the Senate can only remove a president from office and prevent their further election, presidents convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment, and punishment according to law. While voting for that, I hope, you know, they have conveyed it to the Supreme Court also that what had happened and that should not happen again, you know, to any American citizen. I am bound by NDA, so I cannot talk about it, you know. Having said that, you know, very nasty things are happening in America, and you know, so many tourists, so many people are coming to America. Borders are not sealed, you know, and so many people are coming here and they become bring a disease a population to this country.

And this is so sad that an American citizen was beaten up for saying that. So President Trump and President Joe Biden, please look into the matter when you debate it on the stage. And that is my question, that why you know, why American citizens are not having jobs? Why I don't have a job, Why I don't have a have like I am so qualified.
